Although I am not a great fan of Cruse Control on vehicles, if they are used properly and as intended they are the best way of avoiding speeding fines. Most late model vehicles come with it as standard equipment, however earlier models can be fitted with an after market unit. Most people who get caught exceeding the speed limit were speeding inadvertently and even with Cruse Control it could have been set wrongly or be faulty. So to be absolutely sure not to get fined for speeding, you might also consider using radar detectors.
