Plait

I'd like this type of hair do. Not really glamourous but I am not trying to be that. I just want something new. I've been a little bit adventurous, as to research that is except for motorhome insurance, just for hair. I've been looking up how to do puff but is is rather cumbersome. Something this simple will do. I just have to find the time.

PLAITED SIDE PONY

Models-turned-actress Brooklyn Decker and Diane Kruger translate a runway trend into real life, braiding their blonde hair into undone side ponytails.

Best Asset

In the people article/section where they showed the celebs clothes that accentuate their assets. I found this very nice. It doesn't look like that this has been edited (in any platform such as tablet computers). I'm not a fan but I so like her height here.

IF YOU'RE BOYISH

Kristen Stewart adds curve appeal to a boyish build by picking dresses that highlight her best features: toned shoulders and killer legs. Her Monique Lhuillier mini has strategic black detailing that create the illusion of curves at the bust and hips for a fab faux hourglass figure.

A Miss

I reckon. I'm no fashion guru, but this style doesn't really catch my eye on a positive note. Plus, the hair. It doesn't complement with the dress. I never liked her style in the SNC, however much it was applauded. I know, it's more edgy and stylish, but really, one can have enough of a mish-mash. I can't see any stainless steel partnership ring so, I cant comment much on the jewellery.

SARAH JESSICA PARKER

SJP shows off her sparkle in a Theyskens' Theory dress topped off with drop earrings at the Kennedy Center Honors dinner in Washington, D.C.

New Shoes

The last three days of our trip back to the homeland was spent shopping and sight-seeing within Manila area. We didn’t venture outside of the sphere. The places that we hit were new to The Tatapilla and Mcj so it was good. It didn’t bother me that I’ve seen the place many times. I just wanted to relax, which exactly what I did on our holiday. Okay, back to shopping. The one-and-a-half me indulged me on that department. They went with me hopping from one boutique to another in search for pretty tops, pants and shoes. My loot? Four pairs of shoes, 7 pairs of pants and 15 tops (no scott kay, this time). These are one of the pairs of shoes that I bought. I so lurrrve them – with slacks or jeans or anything.

Spats

VICTORIA BECKHAM

Mom-of-four Victoria shows off her enviable curves in a figure-hugging, two-tone tube dress, leather spats and pointed pumps.

What is that? According to wiki
Spats (originally a contraction of spatterdashes) are a type of classic footwear accessory covering the instep and ankle. Spats were primarily worn in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Okay, now I know. I'm not a VB fan but I so like her style sometimes be they are eccentric. They're her statement and sort of trophies (not sports trophies unlike her husband). Her style makes me curious.

Orange-y

I like RW's purse and scarf. The colour is nice - something rusty. I know, we are now going into the warm if not hot weather but this is just something to think about come winter time, which is next year. Just hedging, like what other people do when buying dead sea minerals.

REESE WITHERSPOON'S PURSE

Could you please let me know who makes that gorgeous cognac handbag Reese Witherspoon has been carrying? – Linda
The high-low mix master pairs everyday casuals with a $3,820 Chloé "Paraty" python bag and $550 Rag & Bone "Harrow" booties while out in L.A.

New Look Shoes

These certainly are not poppy's bday gifts but if you are interested in one, click here.

Look at MK's legs with those boots? She already has mile-long legs but with those shoes, more mileage were added.

CHUNKY PATENT BOOTIES

Miranda Kerr rocks her edgy spin on the classic black pump with short-shorts and a blazer, though it would look equally cute with a flowy dress and tights or colorful skinny jeans.

Editors' Picks
Madden Girl "Razcal" bootie, $35, dsw.com
Michael Antonio "Mckey" bootie, $45, endless.com

I am not into colourful shoes but if I ever want to buy a pair, I'll get something like these.

NEON

Bold brights are the new neutral for stars like Emma Stone (wearing Brian Atwood), who go for eye-catching pops of color on their feet to accent otherwise subdued looks. This striking style works well for flats or pumps.

Editors' Picks
GUESS "Osten" pumps, $80, macys.com
Butter "Smoothie" open-toe pump, $100,

Ensemble

SARAH JESSICA PARKER

Taking a sophisticated stand in a tulle-skirted strapless dress and sparkling kitten heels, the actress completes her look with a collar necklace and loose curls for a Human Rights Campaign event in Washington, D.C.

As per all votes, 88% say her outfit is a hit. I so agree. I have been surfing for the hit and miss outfit but I am struck with hers. The colours are accentuating and complementing each others. A pair of Black diamond earrings would be over the top but since she has her hair down, it wouldn't be too much.

Another Structured Bag

KATE BOSWORTH'S PURSE

I love Kate Bosworth's leopard-print tote! Where can I get it? – Eliza
Kate is spotted with her new beau – and a $750 Mulberry Clipper bag in leopard!
Editors' Picks
Mulberry "Clipper", $750, mulberry.com
New York & Company leopard-print turn-lock bag, $47, nyandcompany.com

It's been a while since I bought a structured bag since I don't really need a new one right now. I might buy new bags in the Philippines but for now, I'll settle for my big purse. Anything with enough space will do - it's not as if I should put industrial bearings in it.

Mismatched

HEATHER VS. SARAH JESSICA

The Glee actress keeps her Loft sweater casual with jeans and oxfords in L.A., while the I Don't Know How She Does It star mixes prints with a floral skirt in N.Y.C.

I like SJP's outfit here. I have always admired women who can pull it off wearing clothes with different prints and strut like no care in the world. But I reckon, I'd still be that fussy as if I am sending Bachelorette Party Invitations.
